Kelsie Glasco
Kelsie Glasco grew up in Effingham County and graduated from South Effingham High School. She then went on to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Kennesaw State University. While in college, Kelsie began working in the Student Housing industry which moved her to Kentucky and then back to Savannah, GA. She has been in Property Management since 2012 and in 2015 she decided to get her Real Estate License. She is now a Realtor and the Associate Broker under her mom, the owner of Platinum Properties. She completed the Effingham Leadership Course in her first year as a licensed Realtor and loves giving back to the community by helping all of the local heroes (military, first responders, healthcare professionals, and educators) rent, purchase, list and sell their homes! Kelsie stays very busy with her two kids, Nash and Stella, and their labradoodle Charlie boy!

Dan Burkhalter is married to his beautiful wife Betty. Together they have three daughters, two son- in-laws, and two grandchildren. Dan and Betty are active members of Compassion Christian Church where he has served in the Finance Ministry and is currently a section host. Dan is a former Director of the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving with the Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Group. He is also the 2016-2017 President of the Rotary Club of Effingham after serving as the Treasurer for eleven years. He is originally from Cedartown, Georgia and has lived in the area since 2002. Dan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the State University of West Georgia and is also a Graduate of Louisiana State University’s Graduate School of Banking. Dan previously owned an H&R Block franchise with two locations in Rincon and Springfield from 2002 until 2013 at which point he sold them and transitioned into Real Estate. He is still an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the IRS in addition to being a licensed Realtor. Prior to purchasing the H&R Block franchise, Dan was a banker for 21 years focusing on commercial lending and management. Dan stays very busy with his involvement in the community, and has loved being able to turn a hobby of his that began in 1985 into a career. He is very active in both commercial and residential real estate, and is enjoying doing Real Estate full time!

Toni Hardigree is the Broker and Owner of Platinum Properties. She has lived in Effingham County for over 20 years. She is married to one of Effingham’s premier custom home builders, Greg Hardigree, and together they have five children and three grandchildren. Originally from Sacramento, California with a background in Banking Management, Toni transitioned into Real Estate over 15 years ago. After working as an agent for four years at Platinum Properties, Toni bought the company in 2010. Since purchasing Platinum Properties, Toni has built a very successful company as well as created strong relationships through Real Estate and community involvement with families and businesses in the area.
