Alex Perkins

Alex is a long time Effingham local with over 15 years’ experience in property maintenance and management.

After graduating from South Effingham High School, she enrolled in Armstrong Atlantic State University. She was active in Psi Chi, the international Honors Society for psychology students and professionals, and Alpha Phi Omega, a national co-ed service fraternity. She first fell in love with  property management over the course of her undergraduate studies, where she cleaned and managed short term rentals to fund her college tuition! Alex graduated from AASU with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a focus in community relations and small business management.

She entered the construction field in 2020 as a business administrator, and quickly promoted to construction coordinator and project manager. She brings her love for people and passion for organization, design, and communications to her role as Property Manager.

When she’s not at work, you can usually find her searching for overlooked antiques in thrift shops, browsing bookstores, or making something she found on Pinterest with her daughter, Kennedy.
