Meet Courtney Locklear, the Office Manager here at Platinum Properties.

Courtney has a genuine passion for helping people and creating positive, lasting experiences. She moved from Charlotte, NC to Effingham County in 2019, and quickly fell in love with the sense of community and growth.

Along with her extensive experience in Marketing, Management, and Customer Relations, Courtney is known for being dependable, and attentive; with a natural ability to connect with others making them feel heard and valued. She takes pride in going the extra mile in making sure every interaction feels meaningful and her clients are cared for.

Outside of work, life keeps her busy in the best of ways. Courtney is a wife to her husband Wesley, a mom to her son Wyatt, and a puppy mom to their tiny-but-mighty Bulldozer.

Moving from Pennsylvania to Georgia Heather has made Effingham her new home. Starting as Office Manager and now transitioning to Property Manager specializing in Maintenance has been an exciting adventure. Heather takes pride in the Problem solving and the behind the scenes of keeping homes running and taking care of our Tenants. She enjoys building strong relationships with both Owners and Tenants and turning challenges into solutions. In her free time Heather enjoys reading, concerts, theatre, and going to the beach. Her favorite Holiday is Halloween, and she enjoys everything spooky and macabre. You will probably spot her enjoying one of the many Haunted tours in downtown Savannah in her off time!
