Our application process for all rentals consists of national background and credit checks of any person 18 years of age or older.
The fee is $50 per person. If submitting with a paper Application, the fee must be paid in CASH. We require copies of current photo identifications, proof of income for the most recent two months, as well as rental verifications from previous or current landlords. We do not discriminate because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability and the presence of children.
