Our application process for all rentals consists of national background and credit checks of any person 18 years of age or older.
The fee is $50.00 CASH per person and we require copies of current photo identifications, proof of income for the most recent two months, as well as rental verifications from previous or current landlords. We do not discriminate because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability and the presence of children.
