Jade is new to the area, moving here in December 2025 from Jacksonville, NC. She’s proud to serve our local Real Estate community as a dedicated Office Manager. She’s a graduate of Grayson County High School in Independence, Virginia, and she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting both our agents and clients.

She is a mom to two daughters, Isabella and Leliana, who inspire her every day. When she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, you can usually find her with a good book in hand or enjoying anything spooky and seasonal.

Moving from Pennsylvania to Georgia Heather has made Effingham her new home. Starting as Office Manager and now transitioning to Property Manager specializing in Maintenance has been an exciting adventure. Heather takes pride in the Problem solving and the behind the scenes of keeping homes running and taking care of our Tenants. She enjoys building strong relationships with both Owners and Tenants and turning challenges into solutions. In her free time Heather enjoys reading, concerts, theatre, and going to the beach. Her favorite Holiday is Halloween, and she enjoys everything spooky and macabre. You will probably spot her enjoying one of the many Haunted tours in downtown Savannah in her off time!

Kelli Sibilio-Davidson is a Graduate of Effingham County High School and attended Georgia Southern University where she studied Business Administration/Pre-Law. Prior to transitioning into Real Estate, she held a civilian position with the United States Department of Navy as a US/Japanese Administrator for the Ministry of Defense. She started her Real Estate Career back in 2009 upon her return from Japan as a Real Estate Assistant in the Liberty County/Fort Stewart area. She has gained an abundance of knowledge over the years and has helped many families make the Low Country their home. Kelli has been the Property Manager for Platinum Properties since 2013 and has shown her dedication to the company, as well as building the clientele over the years. Kelli resides within the county with her two sons, Matthew and Nicholas and their two fur babies.

Brooke moved from North Carolina to Savannah in 2002 with her husband and 2 small children. After several years in Savannah, they relocated to the Effingham area in 2009.
